Aside from the Pico Sands Hotel and the country club, several buildings of condominiums are sprawled along the picturesque man-made lagoon. Guests can either be the owners of the unit, club members and hotel guests to enjoy the facilities and amenities of the resort.
Pico Sands Hotel
The Hotel has a minimalist architecture and considering the rate, it doesn't have a look of a four or five star hotel. But this was ok for us as we are more after of leisure and facilities offered by the resort and not of the lobby :) On the plus side, they have an excellent customer service as one front desk personnel was assigned per corporate group booking. We are one of the five companies booked that day and we haven't experienced any delays in room check-ins.

Pico Bar and Restaurant
Pico Bar and Restaurant is located within the Pico Sands Hotel. Accordingly, this was the cheapest option for the meal requirement of our group. Price of the meal buffet for our group package range from Php1,000-1,300 per head. Over-all there are generous dishes spread in the buffet and most importantly the taste passed the meticulous tongue and palate of my officemates :) Lagoa and Sun Coral cafe are also some possible choices.

Amenities inside Pico de Loro
Pico de loro has two different clubs offering various amenities.The Country Club is situated near the Pico Sands Hotel and the condominium units. It has a great view of the man-made lagoon. As hotel guest, usage of pools in both country club and beach country club are already inclusive in our group package with exclusions to club indoor and outdoor activities. Corresponding fees shall apply to various activities. Oops there is a towel rental fee of Php 50/towel pala. To enjoy the amenities you are given a corresponding wrist tag that you need to wear while inside the resort premises.

Infinity pool and most of the indoor activities are located in the Country Club. Please note that usage of indoor activities are on first-come-first serve basis only.

Beach Country Club
The beach country club is a 5 minute approximate ride via shuttle from the Pico Sands Hotel. Shuttles are not a problem as there are several numbers roving around the area. Outdoor Activities like jetski, island hopping, banana boat, henna tattoo etc. are also situated here.

Over-all, we had a great stay at Pico de Loro from the ambiance, greeneries and the cozy amenities our company had a wonderful corporate outing. Everyone raved about their experience on this prime properties of SM Land Inc. Indeed, our company has a truly luxurious stay at Pico.
